INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Chisholm 

Chisholm is a Canadian company with over 100 employees, working in several countries world-wide. They deal in the food trade, and mainly import / export meat products. They have two opportunities for interns in their Moscow Office. 


Employer Information Company/Business/Organization:  Chisholm Ltd. 

Description of Position for Interns

  • Logistics Manager would be responsible for confirming orders between buyers and suppliers, confirming supply schedules, managing payment schedules
  • Director's Assistant / Accounting would be responsible for drafting correspondence, some secretarial work (sending e-mails and faxes), and accounting work between the Moscow office and the head office in Toronto. Accounting work involves preparation of monthly accounting summaries showing volumes sold, payments received, and commissions to be paid. 

Educational Background: Interns should have some experience in background and a high degree of organizational skills.

Computer Skills Required: Office 98 (Word / Excel) and Windows 98 - experience in WordPerfect would be helpful 

Level of Russian Language: At least an intermediate level of Russian is required (ability to make telephone calls, make appointments, etc..) 

Office Space/Management: Office space will be provided by Chisholm, a desk and a computer in an office.
