| Costs & Expenses
Basic Fee
The basic fee includes:
- issuing a letter of invitation (needed for obtaining
Russian visa)
- accommodation (double room in a dormitory)
- academic fee
- company visits
- boat trip
- gala evening
Total: 895 EUR or 1 135 US
Accompanying person
The costs for an accompanying person are 400 EUR or
505 USD and include
- issuing a letter of invitation (needed for obtaining
Russian visa)
- accommodation (double room in a dormitory)
Discounts
Fees are due at latest on June 10th, 2004. A 10 % discount
is given to those having been accepted and paid before
April 10th 2004.
Other Expenses
The costs for visa formalities, transportation to and
from Saint Petersburg, daily expenses are not included
in the Basic fee.
Payment
After your application has been approved, you will receive
an invoice. Please make sure that you cover all bank
charges related to its payment.
Cancellation
The fee for cancellation made prior to June 10th is
150 EUR or 190 USD. After June 10th, 2004 no fees are
refundable. Fees paid for one summer session cannot
be transferred to another year.
